Ten Things Small Business Owners Should Do in 2009
I wanted to point out an excellent article by Guy Kawasaki that hits the nail on the head when it comes to improving user experience in a holistic way. Business owners, large and small, should all take these market adoption measures, at least once a year. Of course, if all companies did, consultants who make a living out of improving the customer experience would be out of business. (I don’t think that will happen any time soon!)
